Case Of The Lost Skull: A Crime Scenario

Someone has left an animal skull stuffed with cash outside the school! Who could have left it there? With this introductory forensics unit, students analyze fingerprints, blood, fiber, hair, and imprints, and document evidence over the course of about a class week. Includes all the evidence, full teacher guide on CD, student printables, and enough materials for 30 students to participate. Also includes connections to other curricula, as well as field trip suggestions. Designed to be used over five days, one class session per day. Can be extended beyond the five days to include a trial. (Microscope required.)
