Then, print out your artwork onto the blank decal paper using a computer printer or copy machine. Our decal paper works like any other water-slide decal. Just cut out the decal, dip in water, and slide it into place on your project. Use clear decal film for most lettering and graphics; use white decal film when white is needed as a background color.
